Amina Roast
Juicy, fruit-forward, and clean. Amina is a light roast that brings out the best of Ethiopia’s high-altitude Arabica beans, grown in the Oromia region of East Hararghe at elevations ranging from 1,200 to 2,460 meters above sea level. This heirloom Harar variety is non-genetically modified and naturally processed in drying rooms without sun exposure, preserving its vibrant acidity and delicate complexity.

Hand-roasted in Toronto in very limited quantities, Amina is part of our first AYYO drop. Each 110g pouch is a sample-sized celebration of care, craft, and community.
