Zahrah Roast
A bold, grounded roast from the Jafar region of Oromia, Ethiopia. Grown at 1,726m by the Burka Gebbina Farmers Cooperative and naturally dried on raised beds, these Arabica beans are a first-grade expression of smallholder craft.

This is a limited-edition micro batch, roasted by hand in Toronto by the girls of AYYO. And yes — these beans were personally brought back from Ethiopia by our co-founder, Dasii. Each pouch contains just 110g — enough for a week of slow mornings or a thoughtful gift for someone who cares about where their coffee comes from.
