Founded by Dasii, Amina's middle child, Ayyo honors her mother’s legacy while embracing the rich coffee culture of Ethiopia, the birthplace of coffee.

Sourced from the finest beans in the Oromo region of Ethiopia, Ayyo is a celebration of tradition, family, and craftsmanship. Each bean is meticulously hand-roasted in small batches here in Toronto, ensuring every cup embodies the essence of the land where coffee was first discovered.
